Appreciation is the highest form of prayer, for it acknowledges the presence of good wherever you shine the light of your thankful thoughts.

This year, on Thanksgiving, as I reflect back on a very tumultuous year, terrible back pain/injury and then breast cancer…..I am so grateful for my life. Grateful to be here today to write this post, for an amazing surgeon who caught my cancer early and moved quickly towards a plan of action and a cure. I’m so thankful to ALL of the medical professionals who played a part in my healing, my family who was there for me every step of the way, and friends and neighbors who lifted me up when I needed it most. For all the love in my life…..Thank you. God bless you all today and every day…..and Happy Thanksgiving.
